HyPac 7000 Compost System

The HyPac 7000 compost system is designed for the large volume operator. It is a dual silage bagging and compost system capable of bagging over 2000 yds/day using the 10' x 200' EcoPOD. The design incorporates an endless belt feed table allowing dump or end unloading trucks to operate with system. A 175 HP John Deere engine, a sweeping clean out tunnel and an all weather cab make this an excellent composting choice.

Model CT-10

The patented design of the CT-10 was developed for the high volume operator who handles a more contaminated waste stream or uses high capacity front end loaders. The feed hopper will hold approximately 7.5 yards of material at one fill. It is equipped with a 55 hp John Deere Diesel engine to power the hydraulics. This features a remote control unit for the loader operator to operate the system.

Model CT-5

The patented design of the CT-5® was developed for the smaller volume operator and incorporates a hydraulic ram that pushes the material through the filling chamber and into the EcoPOD®. The feed hopper will hold approximately 3.5 yards of material at one fill. Pushing the hydraulic ram forward and leaving it extended against the material will effectively leave the product sealed for aeration purposes. Retracting the ram leaves the CT-5® ready for another load.
